Hi Balcony Team, Troubles with "A Suspicious Book"

In SouthEast Darkwood, where the 2 ghosts are close to walking armour. There is a chest to pick open and inside is the suspicious book, it says modifies armour by 5, right click to read. When I read it my armour goes up by 5- BUT the book takes place of my sword? Then when I try and right click to unequip the book, nothing happens! I am stuck with the book and can no longer equip my weapon.

As far as I remember the "Suspicious" items are cursed and can be gamebreaking. So better load the previous save.

The world of Balrum has a couple of weird, maybe even cursed items ;)

But, just to be clear. You don't need to load a previous save file. These items put a debuff on you. These debuffs will fade away in a couple dozen turns!

i never found a shield, i'm actually using it as such occasionally :v
