Other than in the safe place, not as far as I know. Why? If they are blocking path to something, it's probably for reason and you have to find a way around or alternate way in.

Sure, just select any bush (not the berry producing ones that require wisp energy; wrong menu!) from the Build menu and then position it over the bush you want to remove (or log or whatever) and right-click. Shazam!
