Are ghosts too hard?

I have seen many people in the past have problems with the Ghosts. I did patch and lower their attack to 42 (it was 46 at one point). Before the game was released to public they were actually even more crazy.

I always did mean the ghosts to be somewhat tough opponent to beat (they also don't respawn once defeated) so they're sorta mini boss in that way, however should I reduce their stats or give more items to help against them? Are they too hard?

I think they are kinda tough but only before u get CURE, so I think they are ok the way they are now
