Mongo and Jenna Goddess strategy?

Both of them have huge health bars that even spirit arrow and final fisting barely cut into. I've tried grinding in the witch's stomach but the xp gain is so slow and it doesnt seem like the stats are even going up from level to level. I've looked everywhere for new armor or weapons or something but im stuck!

Have you drank the Exalted Eight potions? You can find 7 of them from the regular mode.
