HRTF & JBL Quantum 610 Headset won't activate. Anyone using these?

They're wireless and I turned off spatial sound in the JBL QuantumEngine control panel, and in the windows sound panel. But I still can't get the button to stay clicked for HRTF.

HRTF works ok on this computer with the desktop speakers and it's onboard sound. - Windows 11.

surprised no one has answered yet. I think i saw something like this a month ago and changing one of the options in the " sounds " settings ( right click on the speaker icon on windows ) helped. Go to sounds, then playback, choose your headphone and then click on the advanced tab. try changing the setting there to either 48000 Hz or 44100 Hz if the previous one doesn't work. also there is a chance that you don't have openal installed, check your installed applications and see if it is there, if not download the windows installer from here (https://www.openal.org/downloads/). I think it installs when you install the game but just in case. Hope this helps

Hey thanks for answering bruh I gave up the JBLs for now. I got some HyperX Cloud III headphones plugged into the 3.5mm audio connection on my motherboard and the HRTF works great with them.
