Gem counter/ Homing dagger counter

its not that much to ask for really. It would help with farming and keeping track of homing daggers. It would also help people who are new understand that you are supposed to collect the gems for an upgraded weapon.

you should be able to toggle it on and off just like the timer.

All I want to know is how many homing daggers one shotgun blast uses... which could be deduced from a gem counter. Or maybe a google search, I'm lazy

i think the gem counter should not be a trivial ui element slapped in the screen, it should fit in the setting.
Say, its in roman numbers fire-engraved on your wrist.

I actually think a Gem Counter would be a very useful addition - I'm struggling to get final hand upgrade when Gigapede's spawn; couldn't it be on 3rd press of Tab key:

Best Score/Time | Current Time | Gem Counter

It's not like it's changing spawn times/making the game easier; it's just more information for players; would be useful if they want to look at it; those who don't can ignore it
