Performance on Intel HD 4400?

Minimum requirements state that a dedicated gpu is necessary, but the game doesn't look that graphically intensive. Could I run this on a laptop with an i5-4210u and Intel HD 4400 graphics?

The game requires at least a 2.0 GHz dual core and a dedicated GPU with OpenGL 3.3 support, or better. Your hardware seems to fulfill that (up to 2.7 GHz dual core and support for OpenGL 4.0) so, in theory, yes, you can run this game on that laptop. But you may experience low FPS as you progress and lots of mobs start to fly around the arena, as those system specs seem to barely surpass the minimum requirements.
