no sound?

i have this game on the EGS and i cannot find anyone else with this problem, for some reason when i play this game there is *no* sound whatsoever despite every other program functioning just fine. there are no other audio devices enabled and even the title screen works just fine. the audio turns off when i enter the actual game. does anyone know what to do?

Hmm---have you looked at the audio settings on the pause menu? There's a mixer to change the audio levels. That's very strange, though

wow i feel stupid, "master volume" just wasn't delivering any audio below a certain amount. i never considered that would be the problem because i had already tried turning it up and down, but i never put it above 75% until just now because i didn't want it too loud. this worked though, thanks!
