Am I missing a votive candle for the 'Candlelight Vigil' Achievement?

Are the only candles for this achievement that I need to get the ones that are just underneath the Tier 3 flippers? I've lit all of them up several times but have never popped the achievement.

Are there some extra candles I'm not seeing on the map somewhere or is the achievement broken?

Speaking of, I had to look up this answer on the forums myself because the labeled map that's provided in the DLC doesn't label them. I don't have the achievement either and just learned this too.

Thanks, Kilroy! This has been driving me nutty.

Even armed with your answer, it still took me about 5 minutes of staring at the top of the T1 screen before I actually figured it out! (Now that I see them, I can't unsee it.) But they always just looked like 'part of the scenery' or some sort of walls.
