Ingame resetting controller Options to Default not working - Help pls.

I messed up my xbox controller setting in game. I can´t restore the Default setting. It´s not working. I search for Controller Config to delete, but can´t find the config Files. How can i reset Default Controller Options outside the Game. Thx in Advance for Help.

Edit: Deinstall and Reinstall (incl. disabling Cloud) doesn´t solve the Problem.

Hi Headset, did you by chance edit your controls from the launcher>input? These are actually proxies for our in game input manager and can screw things up.

Hello Wiznwar,

i edited the Controller settings for a Arcade Stick ingame - not in the Launcher. That works fine. Now i want to use my XBOX One Controller, but i can´t set the default Controlls. The Ingame Menü will not revert the Controls to default after pusching the Default Button. I can myself remap the Buttons but it won´work as the Default setting does (for Xbox Controller). I need the default setting for the controller. The default Controller setting in your Picture is not possibel to bind for me, because i can´t bind the left Stick to more then one Option (either Movement or UI). When i do so, the other Stick command will be deleted from the Prog. Same for Button A and B.

Ps.: Sorry for my bad english but my native Language is German.

Keyboard config messed up, now I can't change it

Hi,

I tried changing my keyboard settings but I've messed them up, and now clicking "Default" doesn't seem to reset them. I can't seem to edit any of them - I click on one, it highlights, but pressing a key doesn't change it's value. I've tried re-installing the whole game too but it's stuck. Is there a way to reset the configuration in a file somewhere?

Yeah, I had the same issue, but prior to the most recent update so things may be different now.

Deleting and reinstalling DT didn’t help. Manually deleting all the config files I could find, then reinstalling didn’t help. (I presume I must have missed something, so you may wish to try this. Or as you suggest, find the settings and change them manually in a settings or config file. I wish I knew enough to help you with that.)

Ultimately, I changed the flipper settings in the DT options menu to something unused (I used “1” and “2”), then rebound my controller to those. Seems to have worked fine since, though I understand this may not be an option available to everyone.
