Does this use denuvo or something, I don't see drm listed on the store page.

Nothing intrusive like Denuvo, however, if I'm not mistaken, every game installed trough Steam has a native Steam's DRM, that requires to check your credentials (if your computer is logged into Steam) before opening a game.

So, for example, if u buy this game aiming to play it on a Virtual Pinball Cab, you pretty much need internet connection on your cab from time to time to validate yours credentials (when they expire).

(I'm not 100% sure on everything that I'm talking, please correct me where I'm wrong)

Not every game on Steam uses DRM.
Just a ton of them.
There are plenty of games you can play without evne loading up Steam in the first place.

You're not quite right. The majority of games do use Steamworks DRM but it's not a requirement to be on Steam, there's an entire list[steam.fandom.com] of games that can be played DRM free.

steamworks is various shadewrs and compilers each game uses, liek vcredist , vulkan, etc.

Anyone figure this one out? Not sure if I should buy it on Steam for the convenience or Epic for the potential DRM-free executable.
