Missing Nancy Drew Games

Hi parts of the Nancy drew series is missing on steam.
I noticed that
case 2: Stay Tuned for Danger
Case 3: Message in a haunted Mansion

and others are not on steam, where are they and how can I play them?

Most of these earlier games aren't on Steam because they're incompatible with most modern operating systems. Secrets Can Kill was remastered and re-released, but STfD hasn't been given that kind of support due to the time it takes to put it out. Remember, these were made back in 1998-2000! You can find Message in a Haunted Mansion on their Digital River distribution site, which is their specific online storefront, and I believe you can digitally download it.

well I think the Nancy Drew series is awesome, someone should remake those games for mobile then give us the ports on PC .... and maybe controller support!

Oh man I just discovered the nancy drew Games and I LOVE LOVE LOVE them XD Ive already played 3 of the games and im so hooked I love Mystery games and hidden object games so this is perfect for me although some of the puzzelz can be quite difficult But the Plots are awsome and right up my alley I bought the collectors pack and Also noticed several missing im kinda bummed but Im still happy I got a good deal on several games that normal would have cost alot of Money Its awsome steam has these games i wish they were all there but i understand that some of them are the older verstions I just finished the remastered : Secrets Can Kill all I have to say is AWSOME ! XD

These games are available but not through steam yet - not sure why.

Amazon has the Haunted Mansion, Royal Tower and Final Scene digital download available.
You can find the software forthe Original Secrets and Stay Tuned on Ebay or Amazon.

With some little research you will find that all of these games are playable on all later windows platforms xp, 7, 8, and 10. I have them. Good luck.

I have been playing the nancy drew games since i was in middle school and i love love them! :) They are super fun and easy to play along with figuring out who is the villain in the games. :)

if you sign up at Her interactive to receive their newletter.. quite often they will offer even the newest games for at least 50% off(on the site for which they send you the info).... I got the very latest this way. Well worth checking. I totally agree, I adore Nancy Drew games. They are challenging but so much fun.

I know it's an old thread, but I noticed this as well. I bought the Nancy Drew Collector Pack and was disappointed to find out that I couldn't play the games in order. I see in the original thread it states that
3. Message in a Haunted Mansion
is not available on Steam, but it appears to have been released now.
2. Stay Tuned for Danger
is still missing, but was not included in the bundle. Neither was
4. Treasure in the Royal Tower
5. The Final Scene
which are both on Steam.. I would have thought the newer games would be the ones that needed to be purchased separately.
Also
10. The Secret of Shadow Ranch
is missing, but available, but games 11-23 are included.

Still a very good bundle for 20 games, especially if gotten on sale.
