Windows or Mac version?

If you're playing on windows the solution to the button issue is as simple as editing your user_config.settings file so that the resolution in there matches your monitors native resolution.

Where as mac is bit more of a pain in the butt, but usually can be got around via plugging in a USB mouse and installing it's drivers.

And lastly - funny thing, but the game works for a lot of people without having to do anything more than install it. Making your request to have it removed from the store just due to the problems occuring to you kind of an over-reaction T_T
