Achievement 'Deception at the Temple'

I've done just about every achievement on the sun-temple path except for this one. Can someone tell me how I can get this particular achievement?

That's in the last act, if you've chosen to remain with the temple. At the very beginning, be sure to choose to tell Taggart what Jem told you, and agree that something needs to be done. Do NOT mention Woodward, but suggest infiltrating the Resistance yourselves. Then just suggest fooling Jem into thinking you've left. Not sure if there's any stat checks, but at least with 70+ charisma it's a guaranteed success. (And yes, you can get it even if you joined the temple because of light-eating, Taggart will still permit the scheme.)

Why do people keep calling her Jem? The girls name is Violet, do we have some kind of version difference? A change?
