Canon?
This game is canon ? it really counts for blazblue story, or just some random side story that not does interfere with blazblue universe at all?

Yes, it's canon. It's something like a prequel to the whole series.

Well, actually, it might be a little more complicated than that. IIRC there are parts that are not fully canon, but both XBlaze games (which take place earlier than BlazBlue) contain canon events and characters. So it's a half-canon spin-off, just like Bloodedge Experience (since it takes place in an alternative world): you might want to play it to fully enjoy Centralfiction, but it is not an obligated step.

half-canon, well, that is a problem, what is not a canon ? And i'm playing it exactly cause ES is in Centralfiction. xD but at begin i find it so boring that i almost give up. But the first end was... good enough.

I remember reading something about some terms' meaning not necessarily corresponding to BB's one, even though they are the same words. Maybe it's also because it's set in a different time, I don't really know :/

No, it's not just half-canon, it is canon. You'll see the connection in XBlaze Lost: Memories.
Btw, have you read BlazBlue Shift 0? It's really important, if you want to understand some things at the end of XBlaze Lost: Memories.

Ah, I haven't played Lost:Memories, that might be why. But I remember reading at least Code:Embryo is set in the past in a parallel universe to BB... I'll have to check, but IIRC it was in the game's description or somewhere else from an official source.

Yes, it is set in a parallel universe, but... I won't tell you more because it'll be a spoiler.

Yes. You can find the fan translation version at baka-tsuki.org

I recommend to play/read in this order:
1. BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger
2. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift
3. BlazBlue: Phase 0
4. BlazBlue: Phase Shift 1-4
5. BlazBlue: Remix Heart
6. XBlaze Code: Embryo
7. XBlaze Lost: Memories
8. BlazBlue: Chronophantasma
9. BlazBlue: Bloodedge Experience 1-2
10. BlazBlue: Variable Heart
11. BlazBlue Centralfiction

The same order they were released.

i'm really confused about the timeline, xblaze pass how much time before blazblue, homura is a descendant of mei... how can be possible have nu or labda I already forget which one, in xblaze.

edit: i get it, Nu of xblaze is not Nu-13.
