Nashel Location?
There's a character in the game by the name of Nashel but I'm not sure where you encounter her. She has a red and blue orb floating around her in her art so is that related to finding all the ringsels and maxing out your attack and defense or what? I can't find anything on this character otherwise

I think she's a playable incarnation designed by an Indiegogo backer and they aren't implemented yet. We only seem to know about Nashel from voice cast announcements. I've heard there's three backer incarnations and the others I believe are "JingFei" and "Tiny". JingFei appears currently as an NPC, so we know a bit more about her. I've seen no mention of Tiny and there's no credited voice actor, so I assume they won't be capable of speech.

That also appears to be the case for characters like Hassam, Toko, and so on. I assume they'll be added later on as they said there would be like 13 dlc characters.

Hassam, Toko, and the others from the Indiegogo got cut or made into NPCs. I don't think any of them are planned DLC. There's 3 backer and 8-9 guest characters planned to be added as playable (Calibretto may end up as a boss only) in addition to the delayed Antoine and Sangmu not counted in the DLC total. Also they didn't specify 13 DLC "characters".
