Kampan's sidequest?
I've been told to go to a plateau in the Almutah Desert, but there is no quest marker and that place is far too big to explore every single area in again. Can I get some help for this?

it is the shaft that blows hot air downwards. you need to do the charged run move and jump from wall to wall to get to top.

You need to talk to people in the town.
I've found 2 persons, but I can't find the third one.

Off the top of my head there was one ground level not far from the entry and one where you first meet Kampan which requires sliding to the left from one of the save points. Can't remember where the third was. Possibly in the neighbourhood of the square where you see Mary making her speech first time you go to the Iron Kingdom.

Yeah found them all now. One is hidden behind a slidding.

Ok, it seems that this quest is bugged for me. I beat up the bird in the desert, but it respawns the moment I leave for Iron Kingdom, and in the inner realm Kampan always says that she need to find the King of Thieves.

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!!!1111111

one by Mary's new spawn location, one where you got latigo i think, through a sliding passage, and one by the big hole in the floor in the alleyway that you come up from
