And one thing to note, you cannot heal with it unless all of your bars are completely full.
Yeah, that's the one, the button that pauses time, not the one that brings up the menu. Press them both together when the prompt appears, which requires having your Iddhi bar completely maxed out, however many sections you currently have, and (quite possibly, at least that's when the prompt appears) a party member being knocked out.
The game shows which keys to press above a fallen character(s) when you have maximum iddhi, so you don't have to remember it.
