Wn 8.1 game crashes not even started
Hi, just bought this game and try to play, but when press launch button it crashes without any movement. Even screen didn`t apear, just crash and thats all. Any ideas what to do ?

Yes, AVG, but I`ve disabled it, didn`t help

32 or 64 bit windows? It runs some sort of process in the system?

64 bit windows, AVG runs in 32 bit 2 different process, 1- User interface,2- Watchdog process

No, I mean when you start the game there are some processes? ageofsteelrecharge. exe?
or nothing at all?

They remain after a сrash? How much memory consumption? Is it possible to close them if they remain?

They disapear after crash, memory first 2- 23,1mb and one 12,1 mb

Honestly, I can not imagine what could be the reason. Similar problems no one else had. I can offer you to issue a refund. Soon will be released update, which is an advanced game engine - perhaps it would help. I anchored this topic, suddenly someone had a similar problem and he solved it.

Grafic card? Driver?
Have you tried other (newer) drivers?
Some games does not work together with other installed tools like AMD gaming evolved app.
Did you try to start the games with admin rights?
Or choosing Win xxx compatibility mode?
Can you switch to a onboard or cpu integrated gpu to test?
Win os info only is not enough to try to help ya.
