What level can you expand your farm?

Hi, love the game and have been playing for a bit. I'm currently level thirty and I want to expand my farm but I don't see how. Can someone please help me?

There are two arrow shaped boards on either side of your farm that you can click to increase its size (for a price).

I don't have those arrows on the sides of my farm. Do I have to reset?

Try scrolling to the left or right a bit.
There are navigation arrows on the bottom of the screen, alternatively you can press the left and right arrows on your keyboard to scroll around.

Well I've just capped the expansion, I get MAX now when I try to expand.
