Dirt 4 Xbox 360 controller Brake/Throttle always at 100% and 50%

I cant play the game with Xbox 360 controller because it always thinks that the throttle an brake triggers are at 50% (throttle) and brake (100%) although i dont even touch them. If i press them a little bit they go to 0%, if i press them any further they go to 100%. It seems like a strange bug, because i didnt find something in the settings to make them work normally. I used to play Dirt 4 with a Logitech steering wheel maybe it has something to do with it. Do you have any advice how to fix this?
