Team Fast Boastful Speed? (TFBS)

Despite having a class "B" lounge purchased, my chief engineer and 5 other engineers i've hired have all developed negative "boastful" traits. They have all dropped stats and are now class "C".

So weak codemasters, not one of them could be afraid of clowns or addicted to sex?
