Clutch ?

Hi,

Enabling the clutch does not seem to do anything for me.
I have selected H-pattern manual shifting with clutch and even on historic cars as the Alpine A110 I still can change gear without depressing the pedal. Is this a bug ?

What wheel are you using? I tried with G27 and I can't shift without using the clutch if I have H-pattern + clutch in settings

John, I am using a Fanatec CS v2 with a Porsche 918 RSR rim, CS pedals v3, CS shifter SQ v 1.5 and CS handbrake

Just check that the "clutch in auto" is toggled on. mine was "clutch off" so i had same issue until i changed it. G27 whel and peddles

It happens to me as well, but only very occasionally and when I've resigned myself to binning it and thus downshifting half-heartedly. Don't know what causes it right now.

Madman, in the difficulty parameters clutch is on enabled. Is there another menu where I must check ?

No thats the one I was hoping would fix it. Possibly related: as far as i know the game is not supporting multiple device inputs. i have a fly off handbrake that it doesnt pick up, could this be realated since you have multpile inputs as well?

You can call me stupid, I have just realized I had selected Manual with H-pattern instead of Manual with H-pattern AND clutch.
Now it works perfectly fine.

Is it registering input from 0-100% correctly on the main input screen?

If you have the devices plugged in individually via USB you could make sure that it is unbound on the Fanatec Clubsport but bound to the Clubsport Pedals option.

It supports multiple controllers, I have 5 input devices and can configure all of them. It's a hassle though, can't assign shift up/down to the shifter without selecting the shifter first.
