I cannot climb up to dock from water

Decided to get into the water to reposition my plane on the dock with rope, only problem is i cannot climb back up on the dock. Character stays submerged slightly even pressing spacebar only makes the player come to surface for a moment. huge problem if we cannot climb up onto it. Seems like I was able to climb onto the dock when i first bought the game?

check your crouch status. there are two different stages of crouch and being in either of them may fail to climb to dock.

I have same problem. Get beside the outside of one of the plane seats. Get seated in the plane from there. Go through the plane and out the door onto the dock. Ugly but it works.
