Plane ran aground and cannot get unstuck

So I didn't realize until it was too late but I was trying to taxi toward the dock (which is a LOT more difficult when you cannot steer at low speeds without proper differential throttling) at Nest Lake, when I ran my plane aground going at low speeds trying to park it. I tried using a rope to pull it back to sea but it wont budge. Even reversed thrust at max power, still no change.
