big portal issue

im stuck in big portal in the solstice ending and i am sure that i only dragged the .txt file into the big portal,but the door appeared for only 1 second and then disappeared.I cannot interact with that after the door's disappearance and the game got stuck.What should I do?I have tried for thousands of times and even replayed the whole game,but the bug still happened.The big portal INDEED opens for one second but then it never appears again.And all of these three friends disappeared too.

Walk around the big purple portal and interact with the door behind it after you move the files.

It doesn't work.there is actually no door behind that portal and after walking around it for so many times nothing else happens.

The problem is solved. I thought the door was on the portal...mb
By the way thanks a lot! It looks like what troubles me for a month is just my blindness...
