Help!!!

I bought the game and it won't even start it says Error Opening OpenAL Device.I only got past that once and and still didn't work.I tried Shuting off the PC.Still nothing. Got rid of Junk and still nothing

The "error opening OpenAL device" normally means the game can't find your audio playback device. Sometimes plugging in a set of headphones to the computer will fix this issue.

How is that acceptable? You can't launch the game if you don't have audio? Sound also cuts out if you lose audio for whatever reason, too. I'm charging my headphones right now. I'm waiting until they're fully charged, and in the meantime I can't launch the game.
