I don't know what to do, i try everything. Uninstall and install the game again, turning of steam sinc, but still whit the same. Please help.

I think your save file might be corrupt. Try turning off steam cloud and then go to AppData/Roaming/Oneshot and remove the save.dat and p-settings.dat file from this folder.

sorry but i don't found this folder...

Full filepath should be like "C:\Users\GIR\AppData\Roaming\Oneshot", except instead of GIR it's the account name on your computer.

This same thing happened to me, but I am on mac and can't figure out how to delete the save file
