I finished the game and feel empty inside. Help?
I know the Solstice run was a "happy" ending but now I feel sad and bad. Is there a way to stop this feelings? Thx

I got that same feeling for Solstice, it might be the intent. Maybe we've been spoiled by huge, bombastic emotional endings to games, and though I do wish more was done to make the restored parts of the world look like they were actually properly lit and didn't just have a filter over them, I think OneShot's small, quiet ending fits the rest of the story quite well.

Here's my two cents on this, if you're still here.
I felt a lot of the same when I finished a small little gem called A Hat in Time, exactly a month following a pretty big loss in my life.
That game was the one ray of joy that made me grateful to live, grateful to be surrounded by all the people around me, and simply... happy.
But, as all things are, it was a temporary experience.
At the very end of the game, all the characters ask the protagonist, Hat Kid, to stay, simply because she was finally something positive in their lives, and it kind of helped me view myself from the side.
As much as we want to hang onto things that make us happy, they're not eternal. Beyond the game, life still goes on, and we have to as well.
But we don't necessarily have to let go of the things that make us happy -- well, of course, you do, but simply remembering what said things mean to you and how they changed your life is what matters above all.
If Niko and OneShot were the things that made you happy, preserve them in your memory. Remind yourself of the joy you had while around them. But make sure you don't dwell in the past, and move on.

I just pasted the images of proto, cedric, and rue on my desktop homescreen so that way I can imagine that they aren't truly gone

I felt sad too when I finished the game, and it took me few days to be better. Well you can't go back in the world, but thanks to you, Niko is back home and the world is now safe.
Hug and Thanks.
P.S : Also the fact Niko asked to take a good care of myself help me to feel better.
Be happy with Niko's love.

i got nothing from it, dunno what the game was going for but it was over way to fast and the first run of the game never had enough character building at all, by the time some character building happens the game is over. there was no reason to even save the world, even on the solstice run if it came to it the light bulb would be smashed.

they needed to extend the game with more character development than what they had, add 3 sections to each zone rather than 1 section then character build as you do each section

it would be nice if they did a 3d platform game with niko though
