Does the game get better for a more 3d person like me.
I am not trying to insult anyone who likes this gameplay. I am seriously trying to decide whether to refund this game or push through it.

I've played through quite a bit of this game. The problem is that I find the puzzles and the aimless walking really really boring.

I like the story of the game, and how the kid thinks you are his god or something, which is why I'm considering keeping it.

I know this is hard to explain, but any thoughts on the subject? (I have only just met the robot outside the outpost).

Edit: I guess I'm conflicted. I feel for the kid, but I hate the gameplay.

The gameplay might not be the best. It can be complicated as well, but creative. But the thing that I really like the most, and that is the story. I had so much emotional connection with this game as a whole. So, give it a chance to play this. You won't regret it. :)

I had similar thoughts at first. I mean... not thoughts of refunding but confusion and boring wandering. Tell you what, push through it, if things get boring, just look up the guide to get a clearer target of where you should go or do. It just gets better and better as you progress.

If you've only just met the robot at the outpost you've barely started. The barrens(the first area) is mostly wandering around and I did find it a bit confusing myself, but the puzzles get better once you get to the second area. The walking around becomes less prevalent(also there's a fast travel option if you press a) and breaking the fourth wall becomes more of a thing as the story progresses. Definitely keep at it.
