Is it really one shot.
PLEASE NO SPOILERS, I HAVN'T EVEN BOUGHT THE GAME YET!

Do you really only have one attempt? I'm not sure I want to buy a game like that. It's on sale right now so win me over. Why should I buy a game I can only play once? Or am I misinturpriting the advertising?

its real hard to explain without spoiling. But in basic, technically it isn't one shot.

However this is a story game so don't expect the second time around to be as fun and immersive as the first.

But it is a very good story and I suggest you get it, but keep in mind it isn't exactly average RPG maker game, hope you buy and enjoy the game like me :)

That's really hard to answer without spoiling, but i'll try. In all honesty, no, but because it was only meant to be one shot you notice some different things and can get different dialouge or endings entirely (more story and lore, yay). OneShot contains unique capabilities and utilizes them to constantly break the forth wall and help the protagonist through the player. It's really story-rich and was definitely worth all the time and money. I'm usually picky when it comes to certain games, but this really won me over, and I bought it without a sale ;)
If you want more information, you should check out some non-spoilery reviews (I wrote a review, would definitely reccomend this game).
Sorry if I gave too much info, I tried really hard to answer well without spoiling it

I think the question asked here isn't 'is there replay value' but rather 'if I fail, can I even try again?'
Based on your comments there might be a way to try again but--- hard to say.
Thank you. Yes that was the question.
