Where to get water for Plant?

I've figured out where to plant the kernal, I've given it dirt, and I've got the water pill, but nowhere I check seems to be a place to get water. Please help @n@

you needed to get the water while you were in the glenn, i dont think there's any way for you to get it now
you get a water sample from one of the robots in the glenn, inside a building but i can't remember where exactly

I believe it was the research facility? (I think you can fast travel to it.) If I remember correctly, you fast travel in front of the building while facing two robots talking about exchanging samples (one with red glow and the other green glow).

If you go inside and talk to the robot closest to the jar/bucket (can't remember), they'll give you a sample :)

oh, ok. thanks for the water help! :3 You can get the Dirt by talking to the plant person in the apartments at the very end of the hall, AFTER you plant the Kernal in the empty pot.

To the left of the giant robot, above ground. He's the one that tells you to check out the library when you first get there.

Nah, mate. Ya' plant it in the Gardna's apartment in tha' Refuge.
'Cept it won't work fa' me, even with tha' medicated water an' tha corn.

you plant the seed in the refuge, left of the big robot that greets you when you first arrive in the city. Walk by him with the seed equipped and he'll let you pass

It's kind of annoying. The large robot doesnt look like he can be walked by due to the perspective, but you totally can walk in front of him.

I spent ages trying to plant the damn seed in the plant guys apartment. He should prompt you to go past the robot if you show him the seed, cuz no way in hell was I gonna figure it out otherwise.
