Where is the camera?

I'm supposed to find a camera somewhere, does anyone know where it is?

I think it's the mines! East of the lookout point, where the head engineer is (Silver). Silver will also go with you the first time, for safety measures.

At least, I believe it's the mines? Or would lead to the mines. It's a little cave thing next to where Silver resides.

its on the vendor street, there is a person standing right next to the door, if you talk to them they will talk about pictures and youll know.

Oh oops, was I thinking about a different camera? I was thinking about something in the Barrens that gave you the lens. I haven't gotten to the vendor street myself haha. My bad!
