Is there a way to Start Fresh again?

Hi, is there a way to reset all the progress of the game and start fresh? Since i want to make a video about it, i have tried it but now i can't go back where the game started and start a new fresh save file!

1.disable the steam cloud for Oneshot
2.delete the save file (at AppData\Roaming\Oneshot)
3.delete "save_progress.oneshot" (at Documents\My Games\Oneshot)

I don't know whether the DOCUMENT.oneshot.txt will influence the game.

It is about file "save.dat"? Because I do not see any "save_progress.oneshot" file.
I have also a folder named "save_backups" and it contains files as "save1.bk" (up to 5).
Maybe it is not there because I started to play this third time :P
