I have tried everything, but I am stuck

I cannot figure out what to do after I wake up in the librarian's room. I let Niko go eat pancakes at the cafe, but after that I have no idea what to do. And I certainly can't find the tower entrance or the room with the red x. I found the clover in the game files but I do not know what to do wtih it. Please help. I am about to give up

There are two entrances to the Tower Base; Both are brached off from the two Streets (Elevator and Market). It should be a 2x2 metal sliding door.

Thank you. I didn't invetigate that area as well as I should have, and now feel pretty dumb.

Actually, that one bit of help was all I needed to finish. I finished the game a long time ago and it was very satisfying, I would highly recommend.
