I just finished oneshot for the first time [spoilers] How to restart game?

Hey y'all I just finished oneshot for the first time and I played through to Return the sun ending. I was really sad that I had to choose between Niko and the world, but I choose the world. Ok here is my question; How do I restart the game? I want to play through all the endings. Also does one of those endings involve that plant girl or locked door with a screen in the city? I messed up on restoring the plant girl (I gave her the water without the water pill) and I thought she was just a side quest, but I have no idea what the locked door is about.

If it didnt work, Go to where the game is. (should be documents/my games/OneShot) open the leaf excecutable. Says what to do. Still dont know? delete the "save" file in the same folder as the .exe
