Where is the tube of water?

I literally cannot find this thing. I've checked all over Refuge (both surface and top) and I can't find it anywhere. Can someone please tell me where to find it?

I have heard that you can only get it in the glen.

Oh um I'm already in Refuge so uh do you know how to go back to Glen? I've checked the path that leads back to Glen but Niko wont go through it back to Glen. Uh do I have to restart the game?

There is no way to get back to the glen. If you didn't pick it up before, then you can't get it. You will have to restart the game if you want it.

There is no way to get back to the glen. If you didn't pick it up before, then you can't get it. You will have to restart the game if you want it.

Oh well uh that sucks. Hate to be a pain and ask some more questions but there isn't exactly a reset button so do you know how to start the game from the beginning?

There are quite a few guides on how to do a true restart. Take a look at some of those. I used this one:

You don't need the water tube to complete the game. You can get any missed achivements when you unlock additional playthroughs.
