Ending?

I just finsihed the game by going to bed in the tower... but it feels like it wasn't even an ending. You can actually return the sun, can't you? I did the side quest as well (growing the seed), but the achievement also didn't unlock...
Could anyone tell me what i did wrong? :)

The window closes immediatley when I open the game again. I only see Niko sleeping but can't do anything else :/

just don't hit any buttons and it wont close
