How do I start a new or second run?

I played through to the end and chose to returned the sun. Now every time I open up the game I end up in the room that I (or rather Niko) started in, only there is no one there and when I press anything the window closes itself. I keep hearing of a 'second run' that has extra stuff in it. How do I do it? Is it as simple as deleting the save files and starting over?

Look for the _______.exe, and run it. Just simply run it without the game running. It'll give you a hint. Good luck. ;)
