So where is the "Its Time To Fight Crime" OST in this game?

I bought the OST DLC and i wonder.. Where does "Its Time To Fight Crim" take place in the actual game? :P

It's not in the game files, so it's not in the game, only in the OST (makes sense, right? :D). Nightmargin (the composer) was just wanted screw with people like me who are stingy with their money, and are fine with listening to the tracks directly from the game files, despite the not-so-high-quality .ogg format. :D
[Don't misunderstand, I'm not mad, it's pretty fair, actually. I do not deserve to be able to listen to it outside of bandcamp, if I'm too lazy to make the effort of buying it. {Yes, I'm not really comfortable with buying stuff online. Oneshot was the only exeption, because I knew before the release that it's definitely worth it.}]
