I've gotten the Liquid in the syringe, now what?

I've gotten the blue stuff from the bubble near the edge into the bottle then into the syringe, what do I use it for or what next? I usually don't ask for what to do next because I wanna figure it out myself but i've been searching for a while and I haven't found anything, I've also tried sleeping again, can't do it yet. Any help?

You need to get some of the gas from the gas vents into the bottle first, then inject the liquid into the syringe

Get the sponge from one of the factories and pour the acid on it, then clear the rust off the rowbot.

After injecting the blue phosphor into the bottle with the gas, you run to the rowbot. Make sure you have the gloves, and combine the bottle of acid with the sponge, then use the wet sponge to remove the rust from the rowbot.
