What to do with live after you finished OneShot? [SPOILER]

The game was pretty sweet but the end was a bit unsatisfactory. So now that Niko is back at his world, what should I do? Should I just move on with live and play another game? I feel kinda empty and want more OneShot but theres nothing more to do :/

I guess the fan base hasn't progressed far enough to literally have Steam guides on how to move on with your life after getting the true ending. You'll just have to wait for those to crop up. Alternately, go find some off the Undertale page- there are loads and it's basically the exact same principle.

Well by definition there really can't be a sequel. Following the game's own rules, there's nobody to play as except Niko, so that would preclude both prequel chapters and scenes set after the true ending. If you got to see Niko's own world outside a dream, this would imply that his entire universe is also a computer program you can run, which contradicts the story, so that's out of the question too. An entirely new World Machine with a different Player Character would be the only feasible sequel, and I'm gonna get pretty grumpy with this Author guy if he starts building these things as a hobby...

Well the Undertale ending gives you everthing you can hope for, the ending of OneShot however is just too simply in my opinion. You save both the world and Niko but then Niko leaves. Niko has his own personality while the kid in Undertale is basically the player himself. So in Undertale you can relate to the ending while you can't really relate to the feeling of Niko going home since you don't even know what his home is like.

No I want a more happy ending. Where I can be happy and not be sad that Niko is now gone :/
Like how did he get into that computer programm in the first place? Why can't he just return whenever he want? He basically leave the world for good and so does he leave the player. :'(

It seemed happy to me. I don't recall him ever wanting to stay there, only saving the world and going home. They all go home with good memories and won't be forgotten, taking solace in the fact their memories are their bond.

Though I guess he could've also entertained the idea of going back and forth, it seemed impossible. I got plenty of closure out of this and even I often feel empty after most endings that end up better.
