Sequence Breaking on Solstice (Spoilers)

Does anybody know what happens if you use the battery from the barrens to fix the plane? I think you can use the battery you repair for that, to do so you can't go to the dormitory, but solving the puzzle shouldn't be hard since the generator room and medical room stay the same. I'm going to find out regardless, it's just going to take 1 2/3 cycles before I can play that part again I think.

jk, but seriously, there has to be something that prevents you from doing that. Or maybe you're right and there are secrets to this game that we haven't uncovered yet. there is a plethora of items that we are able to take from the Barrens to begin with. Lemme know if ya find anything as my emotions are still recovering.

It's fine, It's not Niko, it's his memories. Niko met the condition to be gone, unlike the smash the bulb ending he's no longer bound to OneShot

It doesn't work. You have to plug the battery into the power cell to get the computer to work, in order to get the gas mask. You can't take it after you put it in, and after reaching the glen you can't go back to the barrens.

I was thinking of skipping the gas mask though, by using knowledge from a previous playthough to complete the puzzle.

Yes it can be done, also you can still take the battery in the research facility and give it to Cedric as if you didnt gave him the 1st battery you and Niko repaired in the first place.

The battery from the barrens works fine. Niko even mentio s that it came from the barrens as she hands it over. I actually had two batteries in my inventory. I tried to put the one fro the Glen back into the generator but it wouldn't take it. I depowered the Glen robits for no good reason. Poor robits...
