SPOILERS--I need help with the Big Portal

I put everyone in the portal but nothing happens, I even walked out to check if I missed anything inside or out but everything is still the same, journal still glowing and telling me to check the documents and everyone's in there and I can make them reappear if I take them out but nothing happens to the purple portal when they are in the folder.

Its the files marked key that need to be moved not the whole folder

Take what is "inside" on the contents and move it all into the file.

Cut and paste only the .txt files in the big portal folder

You also need to interact with the big portal when all three of them are in there... might not be obvious.

Do you have a screenshot of what it looks like when all 3 of them are in the big portal?
