[Spoilers!] How does the door puzzle work exactly?

I tried lining up the clover app to the one ingame but the hints that the apps gives aren't helpful at all. They're not pointing/ guiding towards any of the doors. Could it be that he game window for me is not the right size?

Also, why does sometimes the clover application not sync up to whats going on screen?

You may want to look a little closer at what the clover app shows, and what Niko is holding. If youre still stuck I'll give you the answer to how you're messing up

Could you post a screenshot of the 2 windows overlapped?

Sorry, I can no longer do that. I ended up just using a guide to help me through it. But i'll be sure to do so the next time I play through it.
