Tub of water?

where do you get the tub of water? I checked everywhere and could never find it :/

In the Glen. Go to the area where you first meet Calamus, then head downwards over the bridge. Keep going that way, eventually you'll come across a small building with two robots. One of them will give you a water sample vial.

Wait wait wait. This is what you're supposed to use on the seed, right? But... I'm already there and didn't get it when I was back in that area.

AND THERE'S A HALF-FULL WATERING CAN RIGHT HERE IN THE GARDENER'S APARTMENT WHY CAN'T I BORROW IT?!

Yeah kinda silly, possible the water sample is the purest to make it grow the best compared to the water you find in the city, that may explain it, to be honest it is easy to miss first playthrough but surely you be playing the game a 2nd time not only for any missed achievements but also for the field-trip :)
