How to escape from dark room?

Hey, so I'm pretty close to the end of the game but I'm still stuck on the part of the game right after you enter the tower, Niko sleeps, and you wake him up. I then go talk to the computer who sends me to the never ending room of neverendingness. I could just not go through the door but I don't think I have any other options? Yes, I found the clover file and tried aligning it with the in game clover, but that's not working. How do I get past this part? I'm stuck.

Align the clovers again, but also take a real hard look at what you're looking at, you might find where you're supposed to go, and what to do.
