OK. Let's make imbalanced U-boats even more imbalanced.
As far as I've notice, U-boats torps are moving 3 000 yards per turn now.
Luckily, no one told AI U-boats about that. They still act as if they had 2000 y/t torps, and calculate lateral deflection angle while firing at any destroyer, that is further than 2 000 yards, but closer then 3 000 yards. As a result, they missfire at any ship in this diapason. Its a bug. But what shoud i do when it will be fixed? There is no destroyer that can cover 2K+ yards per turn and come to the U-boats torps dead zone (less then 1K yards, that are needed for their activation). Wich means that any sub on its turn will sunk any destroyer, that came closer then 3k yards.
German submarine torpedoes were edited from 8,200 yards at 30 kn to 8750 yards. Not sure that extra 500 yards should be making such a difference...
