Report a translation problem
I think this is an awesome game, but there are a few questions I have before I am able to continue. Questions that don't seem to be clear in the manual
Essentially once you're in a port you can select any ships you want to repair/rearm.
Then click the spanner (wrench) icon and those ships will be moved over to the repair/rearm queue on the right.
Once here, they cannot be used or engaged in combat (but bombing raids against ports can delay their repairs).
When the number of indicated turns are done, the ships are then re-released back in to the zone in which that port resides, fully repaired and re-armed.
