How do you heal other people?

I see the red cross above their head and offer them a drink but it doesn't seem to do anything.

You don't just cram the rum bottle down their throat

When you offer them the drink, you're just giving it to them. They have to use it themselves

Right click, they have 30 seconds after you give it to them to press R and drink it

A lot of people use grenades instead of rum/tea.

Would be nice if there was at least some visual notification of this, or perhaps a small amount of health regen over time instead?

Or perhaps a station in the cabin where one of the crew has to "go and get a brew on" hahaha :)

Or just change it so that they are healed when you use the bottle/tea on them... instead of this weirdo mechanic which none will ever realize!

also about the healing thing, you cant cancle it !
I dont know if someone got the same problem, but sometime i press 4 instead of 3 for my sword, and then i leftclick, healing process started, and i cant switch to another weapon or cancle my current aktion ;(
